Our steel letters are made to order and can be cut from a font library of 1000 styles, cut in any height up to 600mm.
Lettering can also be cut to any font style if you can give us the artwork as a vector graphic and export the file as a EPS or AI file.
Stainless steel letters can be cut in a polished finish or a brushed finish, they can also be supplied painted to any RAL or BS standard colour or matched to a pantone colour.
The standard thickness of our stainless steel lettering is 1.5mm thick, 2mm thick and 3mm thick. Lettering can be cut thicker if required on special orders. When lettering is required over 10mm we recommend making the letters from built up stainless due to the cost and weight.
There are two methods of fixings, 50mm long by 4mm diameter stainless steel threaded rods or brass nut and bold fixings.
The lettering is supplied with a paper template to show the location of the fixings.
Stainless Steel Logos are available cut to order. All we would need is a vector graphic of the logo and we can cut from your own artwork.
Painted metal letters are often made using stainless steel because of its strength, resistance and durability. 3mm thick metal letters are painted in a durable satin finish. Any font any size. letters are supplied with metal locator fixings or rod fixings.
