Stainless Steel Letters are made to order and are available in any height from 25mm up to 1200mm.
You have a wide choice of over 1000 fonts to choose from or you can supply your own font and we will cut it from that. Logos and shapes are available by sending us your artwork as an AI or EPS file.
Stainless Steel comes in either a Brushed Finish or Polished Finish.
Stainless Steel Letters Metal Letters are cut from 1.5mm, 2mm or 3mm thick sheets. Our Stainless Steel Lettering is available in 304 Grade and 316 Marine Grade. 6mm thick polished finish letters can be produced on special order. Stainless Steel Lettering are supplied with Rod Fixings or Brass Locators and a paper template to indicate the location of the fixings.
Built up Lettering in Stainless Steel is available in any font of your choosing. We make the letters from 100mm high up to 1200mm high. The Return on the letters will vary depending on what you require. A 100mm high letter would usually have a 10mm return, a 500mm high letter would have a 50mm return. The return on a letter is usually 10% of the height of the letter. You may choose a deeper return such as having letters 150mm high with a return of 25mm, its your choice. Built up Metal Lettering is supplied with a Brushed Finish or Polished Finish. They can also come painted to any RAL or BS colour. The Lettering is supplied with Rod fixings or Brass locators and a paper template to indicate the location of the fixings.

To get a price we need to know the font that you would like, the height; 25mm up to 1200mm, do you want polished or brushed finish or painted, the thickness; do you want 1.5mm 2mm or 3mm, the fixing method required; rod fixings or brass locators, we could also do with information on where the letters are going; if they are near the sea you will need 316 marine grade; if the letters are going onto wood you will probably want brass locators and if the letters are going onto brick you may prefer threaded rod fixings.
2mm or 3mm thick letters usually take a week to make. Built up letters take 10 working days depending on the volume of work going through the workshops.
